Sake Journey Niagara
Niagara's Largest Sake Tasting Event
Masaki Sushi proudly presents Sake Journey Niagara—the first and largest sake tasting event in the Niagara region. Discover the depth and diversity of Japanese sake with over 35 varieties available for tasting and purchase, all in one immersive afternoon led by Master Sake Sommelier® Yoshi Takaoka.
The Master Sake Sommelier designation is the world's highest sake sommelier qualification, representing the pinnacle of sake service, blind tasting expertise, and in-depth knowledge of sake production, styles, and pairing. With only 46 qualified Master Sake Sommeliers worldwide, this title is exceptionally rare, placing Yoshi Takaoka among the most accomplished sake professionals in the world.
Whether you're new to sake or a seasoned enthusiast, this event is designed to explore flavour, craftsmanship, and pairing in a relaxed and social setting. With your admission, guests will receive 18 tasting vouchers redeemable for sake tastings and select food items plus a commemorative sake tasting glass to use throughout the event. The sakes featured during the tasting will be available for purchase at special event-only pricing, exclusively on the day of the event. Additional vouchers can be purchased on-site, allowing guests to continue their journey and sample even more.
